Songwriting Contest

Every year the TexasCSA will sponsor a songwriting contest available to members only. Contest winners will be awarded at the 1st annual TexasCSA conference to be held in early May of 2009.

Songs can be submitted throughout the year and will be evaluated by a professional song critiqueing panel. A writer may submit up to 5 songs per year.

Acceptable Song Categories – Songs of all musical styles and genres with Christian lyrical content will be accepted. Songs will be judged based upon the excellence of songwriting skills within your musical style.

All songs must be submitted no later than January 30th, 2009.

Members will receive detailed information upon application approval.
