Shane |
Shane Facchinello grew up in a broken home where abuse was common. His home was a battleground for his hurting family to literally carry on an out-of-control cycle of pain & rejection. This childhood posed a major challenge in Shane's life when He recieved Jesus at the age of 16. What came to some Christians naturally such as character issues, integrity issues, fruits of the Spirit, and discipline came to Shane at a major price. To obtain these things he had to not just buckle down and do it, but he had to change his entire knowlege of what he thought life was through experience.
This did not stop Shane, he continued to pursue God. He attended International Children's Ministry Institute and served on staff for 1 year following his graduation. He then proceeded to study at Christ for The Nations Institute and completed their advanced School of Worship & Technical Arts. Today Shane is working on his highly anticipated debut R&B album. He has also launched a media compay called 'The Media Compass' (www.themediacompass.com) that provides graphics and web design.

They have led summer Bible Camps for kids, roofed and painted houses during their summer vacation, gone on many mission trips, led worship with their church youth group at youth camp and most recently have begun to disciple younger guys and girls in a mentoring ministry in their church.
They live through the day to day struggles of trying to live a Godly life in an ungodly world. They hope their music will speak to you and will draw you closer to the One they sing for.

Robert Gotcher |
One way to describe singer/songwriter Robert Gotcher is passionate. Not only about his music, but about everything that makes up who he is and what he believes. “Life is about passionately taking hold of what really matters to you,” says Gotcher. “Whether it’s loving my wife and kids or pursuing God’s call on my life, I believe in giving all I’ve got,” he declares, “and keeping it real.”
Keeping it real is exactly what Gotcher’s music is all about. Flowing from the heart of a man who has come to grips with his desperate need for Christ, his music is characterized by an honest, life experienced approach. “Most of my writing flows right out of my time with Jesus in the mornings,” shares Gotcher. “There’s no other place that’s more real to me. Mortal touching immortal; finite touching infinite… ‘reality’ has a tendency to change in the presence of God…at least our perception of it. It’s there that I’m stirred to pour out my heart in song,” he says, “I love it.”
Robert is a native Texan, born in Fort Worth. Married to his beautiful wife, Anna, they make their home in Bedford, TX where they are raising two wonderful children, Nicole and Benjamin. Robert is currently the worship leader for Compass Christian Church in Roanoke, TX. Currently, Robert has 3 independent CD releases, two of which can be found on iTunes. A brand new CD is due out at the end of 2008 with his band, RGB: the Robert Gotcher Band.

Ashley Gatta
|
Ashley Gatta's passion driven lyrics and melodies are more than just a voice and a guitar. By pulling from the most intimate parts of her soul, she exposes to the world what could never be revealed without the medium of a song. From an early age she has been making music by belting out original songs with the swing-set as a stage. At fifteen the creative process progressed when Ashley picked up the guitar, and her lyrics and melodies that begged for accompaniment were combined with complementary chords. In 2003 God began to work on her heart and His grace in her life left her with a newfound passion for social justice, racial reconciliation, and joining the poor as Christ himself did. This overflow of ideas spilled onto paper and left Ashley with a notebook full of hooks and a voice that finally had a story to tell. Knowing that the gift of song was meant to be shared, Ashley began performing at local coffee shops, bars, fundraisers, and gospel concerts. Live performances led to studio time, and in September of 2007, the twenty one year old singer/songwriter recorded her first EP, Forget Subtlety.
Once you have a listen and attempt to categorize her style you'll find she doesn't quite fit any mold. But, when you're foot starts tapping and you're humming along to the chorus you might be reminded of genres ranging from R&B to folk to blues. With influences as diverse as Lauryn Hill and Patty Griffin there is bound to be variety and fusion. Packed shows in Denton and surrounding cities have encouraged her to continue pursuing this passion. Prayer, patience, and practice have provided her with more opportunities than she could hope for, and if fate has its way it is likely that you will find Ashley performing in your town in the near future. Keep supporting this up and coming musician, and she will continue to create music that will make you want to hear it first, and then listen.

Ebenezer |
Lane Lively and Rusty Crownover and their bass player Bob Gerardy played music together professionally as "Audrey's Choir" in the latter half of the 70s in Austin. They left the footlights to start real jobs and raise families. About 5 years ago and 25 years later, they found themselves together again in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area as "Ebenezer", added a harmonica player (Geoff Ice), and most recently added a female vocalist (Katherine Grimm). The guys are accomplished instrumentalists, but it's Ebenezer's vocals that set them apart. They love the harmonies, and always have anywhere from two to four parts going on. Performing, they play secular (but tasteful) music as well as Christian music, and perform for church and civic functions, private parties, etc. They are all true believers and are each heavily involved in their churches as officers, leaders, and, of course, musicians.
Most of the Christian music in their repetoire has been written and arranged by Lane and/or Rusty...some separately, some together. Lane is choir director at his church in Farmer's Branch and has written many anthems, responses, and hymns while there as well as for an Irving church he led musically for a few years prior.
Lane and Rusty have recently joined The DFW chapter of the Texas Christian Songwriters Assn. for several reasons. They thought it would be cool to hang out with other Christian songwriters, and see what fellow composers are up to. Lane and Rusty are newcomers to recording and promoting their music, and are hoping to learn a lot through CSA in that regard. They are also looking to CSA membership to give them accountability, and to inspire and enable them to become more proactive with their composing, performing, recording, and sharing. Lane and Rusty have each been blessed with wonderful and inspirational music, and feel that it's time for the Lord to bless others with it! Rebecca
Sehnert
|
Psalm 63:3 – “Because Your love is better then life, my lips will glorify You.”
Rebecca is humbled constantly by the responsibility of leading people into the presence of God and stands in awe of how God has taken her from where she was to where she is now to serve the body of Christ. She knows from the debt that Jesus paid for her that His grace truly is sufficient and wants to use her life as a living sacrifice to give back to His kingdom.
Born the youngest of twelve children and raised in a small town in Louisiana, Rebecca made her way to Texas back in 1996 and through a series of life events was brought to Grace Community Church (www.findgrace.org) in Plano, Texas in 1998. By God’s grace, she received Jesus as her Savior in May of 2000. Soon thereafter she dug her heels in to serve in the worship ministry and eventually (and somewhat reluctantly!) began leading worship for weekend services. Songwriting began to weave its way into her life and she began to write worship songs alongside a few team members at Grace. In May of 2007, the worship ministry team recorded its third album, All For You, at a live worship concert. Original songs by the team include All For You, I Choose You, and Halleujah To My King. Rebecca is currently in the process of preparing to release a studio project this year, stay tuned!
Rebecca resides in Plano, Texas with her husband, Claude, and is mother to a spunky preschooler, Ava Grace.

Mark Ingram
|
Writing since the age of seven, Mark initially rejected GOD’S creative touch (upon his gift of composition) by means of the wayward lifestyle he admits living (previously) apart from GOD. GOD begin to deal with Mark in his 1995 dramatic play/musical “On My Way Home…” ; a modern day adaptation of the prodigal son performed on stages in Dallas and Henderson, Texas.
Upon recognizing the power inherent in music to minister to receptive and repentant hearts, Mark stopped writing and producing secular works and moved to Wichita Falls, TX (to work out his own soul salvation) under the direction of Pastor Mack E. Ingram @ Agape House Of Prayer.
Upon publicly acknowledging GOD’S calling upon his life to preach in 2001, Mark embarked upon learning the art of humble service and after 8 years of training, relocated to the Dallas area with the newfound directive and purpose of uplifting JESUS with each gift imparted graciously by GOD.
This licensed and ordained minister of the gospel now uses his creative compositional abilities for the threefold purpose of: persuading the lost, perfecting the saints, and equipping them to serve by encouraging the use of their gifts likewise.
Whether by preached word, song, commercial or stageplays, he joyfully labors in tandem with his anointed wife (Twala) as founder of the internet based ministry: Words Of Life Christian Center @ wolchristiancenter.org.

Planning Yesterday
|
In the summer of 2005, Corey Harmon and David Conner met at a Christian music festival, and immediately formed a strong bond fueled by their mutual love for music and Christ. Little did they know that 2 years and a few band members later, they would be in Arlington TX with a great sound, lots of songs, and no drummer or bass player. It was at this point God led them to Cody Renfro and Kyle Yates, and the Boys of Planning Yesterday played their first notes together. These guys are four equally talented, on fire disciples for Christ who share a passion for pushing limits and making music breakthroughs.
"Our vehicle for Christ's message just so happens to be music. We've blended a few styles together that have enabled us to reach people of all ages. With influences all the way from AC/DC & Led Zeppelin to modern day Christian rock sounds like Switchfoot & David Crowder - the music of Planning Yesterday has turned the ears of many generations to the sound of Salvation."
